Sunglasses are named after Pau Brasil, which is considered the symbol tree of Brazil. It was the first commodity to be explored by Portugal during colonization, during the XVI century. It is a typical tree of the Atlantic Forest (Paubrasilia echinata), can reach up to 15 meters, and has thorns.
Widely used in Europe to build furniture, and its resin produced dye to dye fabrics. All our products are handmade. Made with recycled Imbuia wood and gray KODAK lenses.
