Return/Exchange Policy

In order for an item to be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unworn (no traces of wear either (ie. hair, perfume, makeup, odor)) and with original tags. Items must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days of purchase. Items will not be eligible for refund/exchange if more than 14 days have passed. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Exception may be made item is received defective. 


A full refund (or store credit, your choice) will be issued once item is received back to us in original condition. Please specify if you would prefer a refund or exchange. I must be contacted at prior to any shipping back to us. Please include order number in email to me. 


At Mary Rose, I strive to select pieces that will wear well with time and laundering. If, however, a garment does not hold up in wash, I am not to be held responsible. Please be aware and follow all laundry instructions for each individual piece. 


All Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. These sales are final.
