Slow fashion is mindful and intentional.
#fastfashion is the over consumption of clothing without regard to people, the environment, or animals. Always looking for the next thing. It is a product of our throwaway culture. Never having enough, never being enough, always wanting more. This false idea that stuff will bring us happiness. That having more is better, and the more we have the happier we will be.
#slowfashion is mindful and intentional. It pauses to take into account how our actions impact the world around us. Breaking free from the hustle mindset and this need to constantly be doing, achieving, and having more, is so related to fast and slow fashion.
It is almost like we are afraid to stop. That's somehow in our stillness, we might crumble. So we distract ourselves. With the next shiny thing.
Sit in the stillness. Be in the quiet. You will not crumble. The only constant in life is change. No one feeling will last forever.
You are worth loving.
Socially responsible businesses are the future. We have one planet and we are all in this world together. Slow down. Take a pause. Take a breath. Slow down.
Celebrating our differences.
Honoring humans, our planet, and animals.
Slow, inclusive fashion is future.
Style does not have a gender, size, race, or age.
